Cody went with four of the surf club boys to Colombo (the capital- 7 hours away) to get the guys passports. They have never left the country before and we are hoping to get them on a surf trip to one of the neighboring islands or even hoping to get them to Hawaii and be surrounded by STN to love them into the kingdom. Cody had an amazing time with the guys. They have already been building a tight relationship over this past year (almost); but this trip was a great 3 day trip to bond them together that only getting away from work and the daily grind could have done. They laughed and joked together, play fought together, and had great conversations. They stopped at a waterfall on the way home and Cody taught them how to jump from the top (that shouldn't surprise most of you). They had never seen that done before and were a little nervous to do it, but once Cody showed them that it was deep enough and safe they were up for the challenge. They had a great time together. I love seeing how they interact now and even how Papa used those 3 days to get them so tight. Please pray for Cody as he continues loving on these guys and growing closer to them.
